• Download and install Math Logic Path on your personal devices.

You may NOT:

• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the app.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding.
• Use Math Logic Path for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Attempt to bypass the purchase flow or the free tier's daily session limit.

Your Content and Feedback

Your game data belongs to you. It is stored on your device, and you can delete it anytime by uninstalling the app.

By using Math Logic Path, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to operate the app. This license ends when you delete your data.

If you share feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve Math Logic Path without compensation. This helps us build a better app for everyone.

Intellectual Property

Math Logic Path, including its name, logo, design, and code, is owned by the developer and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use the Math Logic Path name or branding without written permission.

Premium Features

One-Time Purchase

Math Logic Path offers a one-time premium purchase through the App Store or Google Play that removes the free tier's daily session limit indefinitely.

Billing

• Apple or Google charges your account when you confirm the purchase.
• There are no recurring subscriptions or hidden fees.

Refunds

Apple and Google manage refunds according to their policies. Request refunds through Apple Support or your Google Play account.

Data and Privacy

Your game data belongs to you. It lives on your device. We cannot access it.

Delete your data anytime by uninstalling the app. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Entertainment Disclaimer

Math Logic Path is a puzzle game provided for entertainment and general mental exercise. It is not an educational, diagnostic, or cognitive-assessment tool, and game scores carry no meaning outside the game itself.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MATH LOGIC PATH IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The app will function uninterrupted or error-free.
• Defects will be corrected in any particular timeframe.
• The app is free of viruses or harmful components.
• Playing the app will produce specific cognitive outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of Data: loss or corruption of your game data.
• Costs of Substitute Services: finding alternative apps or services.
• Any Other Intangible Losses.

Maximum Liability: In any case, our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (or EUR 50 if you have not paid anything).

Jurisdictional Variations: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, an EU member state. Romanian law aligns with EU regulations, including GDPR for data protection.
